Vermont Pub & Brewery Beetlejuice paired with Madagascar 70% Dark Chocolate
Notes of banana and clove emerge from this thirst quenching wheat beer. The unique terroir of Madagascar is highlighted in this chocolate with naturally sweet raspberry notes and sour lemon that give way to a roasted cocoa finish.
Harpoon Leviathan IPA (ABV 10%) paired with Dark Chocolate covered Orange Peel
Big beer with powerful hop bitterness up front and just enough caramel malt to provide a balance to the hop intensity. The hand-cut orange rind’s flavor emerges from underneath our signature dark chocolate to compliment the fruitiness of the hops.
